CANCELLATION POLICY

You can always cancel your order up until it has been dispatched. Call: +971 58 5346293 

However, due to fast delivery, it is likely your order has already been dispatched. If so, check our return policy instead.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURN POLICY

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you are absolutely welcome to return your products insofar they are in their original unopened and unused condition. *More info in the Returned Policy section

When we cannot accept returns:
If the returned items do not match our quality standards or our return policy, then we reserve the rights to reject the returns as mentioned below:

When ordered item is found altered/ tampered or used

When the item seal is opened.

All refunds will be made back to the payment solution initially used by the customer. We process the return immediately, just keep in mind that this may take between 7-15 business days for the refund amount to be credited back to the payment solution.
