GENERAL DELIVERY POLICY
• The delivery policy for standard orders can take from 2 to 3 working days after the after the order confirmation.
• For international orders lead time may vary from 5 to 7 working days after the order confirmation.
• For the local return and exchange lead time will be of approximately 3 to 5 working days and for international, up to 15 working days, depending on the country and the circumstances.
• Orders received till 10:00 am, can and will be dispatched on the same day.
• Order received after 11:00 am will be dispatched on the next day.
• All Liliya Cosmetics products have been checked at different stages and phases for integrity or damages control. the cause of damage either it’s due to manufacturing defect, expired or broken from inside without main box damage and will not entertain such damages complaints raised by seller or customer after order received by customer.
Possibilities for delaying Pickups:
• Delivery company tried to contact Client but was unreachable / no answer by the client at that time.
• Delay in answering by client side and after that delivery guy left the current area of pick up.
• Orders are not ready for pick up.
For International Deliveries:
• If the customer will not respond and the shipment get returned, we will proceed for the refund after seller confirmation and the shipping will be charged accordingly.
• If the customer still wants the order after getting returned, then extra delivery charges will be applied accordingly.
• High quantity shipment will proceed with DHL since Aramex don’t accept this kind of quantity.
• In case of any lost shipment, compensation value Packman will refund maximum 500 AED / Item cost or as per international courier companies’ policy
